Oatmeal breakfast from a jar

Ingredients for 2 people

The oatmeal:

  • 90gr oats
  • 240ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

The fruit

  • 100g mixed red fruit (in my case I used frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey

Preparation

Put the (defrosted) fruit in a bowl and mash it with the accompanying ingredients. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

Mix the oat ingredients in a bowl. Cover this as well and place in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, take a couple of empty jars and fill them up by making layers. Put a spoon in it and enjoy!
