Pancake Recipe That Is Very Easy to Follow Any day.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of self-raising wheat flour

• 1 / 4 cup Sunflower cooking oil (any can do)

• 2 cups of milk

• 2 eggs

• 1 tablespoon of sugar

• A pan

• A sieve

• 1 medium bowl

• 1 folk

Method of preparation

Step 1

Sieve the wheat flour to remove any impurities from the flour as well as the lumps into your medium bowl. Add the 1 tablespoon of sugar to the flour and mix well.

Step 2

Now beat the 2 eggs into the mixture and mix it again until everything is mixed to your liking. Add some milk to the mixture and continue mixing until you get a smooth paste that is not too watery.

Step 3

Heat your pan over a medium heat so as not to be too hot that you will end up burning your pancakes. Using your sunflower oil, grease your pan well and now pour your mixture little by little as you spread well to the size that you need.

Do this for all the mixture to get the number of the pancakes that you need. Cook one side until brownish and turn the other side and cook it until it has some brown patches.

Spread some more oil on each side of the pancake to ensure it remains soft. Remember to always keep adjusting your heat to have well-cooked pancakes that are not burned.

Step 4

Your yummy pancakes are ready to be served for breakfast. You can serve your pancakes with fresh juice, green tea, hot chocolate or even Some warm milk. You will enjoy this breakfast and have a very productive day as well.
